Hydraulic oil is the lubricant most Metoda GIDC units buy in the largest volume. It runs the power presses, injection moulding machines, CNC hydraulics and power packs across the estate's forging, casting, plastics and engineering units. We supply anti-wear hydraulic oils in ISO VG 32, 46 and 68 from Servo, Castrol, IPOL, Shell, Mobil, HP Lubricants, Gulf, Veedol and more, including Servo Hydra Shakti 68, one of our most-ordered grades. Orders come in buckets or barrels, with a GST bill on every order and a bulk discount for factories.

Choosing a grade
Always use the grade your machine builder specifies. As a general guide:
| ISO VG 32 | Precision machine-tool hydraulics, CNC machines, and systems that run cool or at lower pressures. |

| ISO VG 46 | The most common general-purpose grade: injection moulding machines, hydraulic presses and power packs at normal operating temperatures. |
| ISO VG 68 | Heavy presses, high loads and systems that run hot, such as forging and die-casting lines, and older pumps where the builder allows a heavier grade. |
| Switching brand | Stay on the same grade and type. When changing brand it is safest to drain and refill rather than mix, so tell us the oil you run now and we will match its specification. |
